It is with great sadness that the family of John Brading announce his passing on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the age of 90 years.
John was born on August 27, 1927 on the farm outside of Bowsman, Manitoba to John and Ellen Brading. He went to school at Wild Rose for a short time as he was a hard worker who helped on the farm. He met Shirley Johnston in Bowsman and on November 22, 1955 they were married and had four children together. They lived on the farm from 1955 until 1992 when they moved to Swan River.
John enjoyed going for coffee, fishing, working with his horses and most of all, playing his banjo to entertain everyone. John was a caring and kind person who would help anyone at any time. He was friendly, had a great personality and sense of humour. He was a great husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved all of his family dearly, especially his ray of sunshine, his only grandchild, Justin and his family, granddaughter in law Dana and great grandchildren Dallas, Austin and Pierce.
John was predeceased by his wife, Shirley; his parents, brothers and sisters; daughters Donna and Debbie; and son, Bryne; along with numerous other relatives.
John will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
