Arthur Bjorn Hrappstead
December 30, 1932 – November 20, 2025
The family wishes to announce the peaceful passing of Arthur Bjorn Hrappsted on November 20, 2025, at the Swan Valley Health Centre with his family by his side.
Arthur was born in Swan River on December 30, 1932, the second born to Oli and Mary Hrappsted. Arthur grew up on the family farm. Arthur worked in all four western provinces and the Yukon Territory as a bus driver, taxi driver, and handy man.
Arthur is survived by his sister Eleanor (Kelly), brother Earl (Joanne), sister Maxine (Ron) and many nieces and nephews.
Arthur was predeceased by his parents, his sister Ella, and brother Myron.
Arthur loved telling stories and visiting with people. He kept in touch with many relatives, friends and one special friend Liz Clark.
