Obituary
On April 5, 2022, Gordon Lyle Brandson of Winnipeg, MB passed away peacefully at home. Gordon was born February 6, 1960, in Swan River and grew up in the Big Woody School District on a mixed farm. He loved the outdoors, operating equipment, and the many farm animals. Gordon farmed with his brother and Dad for several years and then moved to Winnipeg. There he worked at many jobs from landscaping, running equipment, and building caretaker responsibilities. He liked to take his fishing rod to the nearby lakes in the summer but gave away his catch. Video gaming was also a passion. Gordon is survived by his stepmom Mary Brandson, sister Kathy (Barry) Eggie, brother Donald (Cathy) Brandson and their children Dylan (Dakota), Erika (Jason), Koryn and great nieces Billie, Cora and great nephew Archer Brandson, step siblings Ryan Scott, Allison Sloboda and Donald Scott. Gordon was predeceased by his father Allan Brandson and mother Betty Brandson. A private family service will take place at a later date.
