1953 – 2020

Jeannette was born in Birch River, Manitoba on July 2, 1953 to Bob and Ester Lagace. There she grew up with siblings Yvonne, Patsy, Robert, Dennis, Michelle, Andy, and Kimberly.

Jeannette loved to laugh. She could take any situation and make it funny. She was a great listener and loved to sit and talk over tea. She loved everyone and was quick to forgive.

Kids were her favourite, whether her own or not. She loved and cared for all equally. Selfless, caring, and compassionate; her sunny demeanor will be missed. Beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend; she will be missed by all.

On July 28, 2020, Mrs. Jeannette Vivian Grocholski of Birch River, passed away at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her husband Rudolph Grocholski; four children Tammy Grocholski of Thompson, Manitoba, Ronald Grocholski of Birch River, Dwayne Grocholski of Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Jerome Grocholski of Castlegar, British Columbia; four grandchildren; six brothers and sisters Robert Lagace of Birch River, Patsy Lagace of Birch River, Dennis Lagace of Birch River, Michelle Lagace of Thompson, Andy Lagace of Birch River, and Kimberly Lagace of Thompson. Jeannette was predeceased by her parents Bob and Ester Lagace, and her sister Yvonne Eithier.

A private family service was held with Father Norberto Monton officiating.
