Uncle, cousin, friend, Leonard Leo Hather born August 13, 1935, at Red Deer Lake to Jack and Annie Hather. Leonard attended school at Red Deer Lake. He stayed long enough to write but pulled out after that to help his dad farm, fish, and log. Leonard was a good hard-working man who loved his animals, especially his horse Topper. Leonard always had a special place in his heart for all his family and friends. He lived at Red Deer Lake until he was 82 years old, then relocated to Swan River. It broke uncles’ heart to move but made it all that much more special when he came to visit. Leonard loved his sports, and his favorite hockey team was Detroit Red Wings and his favorite baseball team was LA Dodgers. Leonard also liked his soap opera “All My Children”. Lots of good memories of Red Deer Lake, RIP uncle, Cousin and friend.
