It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Trevor Hofford, Sunday, November 15, 2020 at the age of 73 years.
Born in Swan River on May 9, 1947 to Max and Vivian Hofford; Trevor grew up on the family farm four and a half miles west of Bowsman. He received his education at Lavender School and Bowsman School. He farmed with his dad until 1972 at which time he purchased his own farm twelve miles west of Bowsman, where he resided until his passing.
Trevor had many hobbies. He was an avid curler, loved fishing and spending time with family and friends. He also had many other interests, working with stained glass, gardening, quading, ski-dooing, and woodworking. He made several pieces of furniture, toys and other items for family and friends. He also liked to travel and made several trips to different destinations.
Trevor is survived by his brother Wesley Hofford (Heather); sister in law Wendy Hofford; sisters Maxine Lutz (Brian), Pat Roth; and special friend Inge Orf; several nieces and nephews Maria Lutz (Shaun), Melanie Roth (Kim), Michelle Soenan (Rick), Meredith Roth (Bob), Derek Roth (Jordon), April Orona (Joe), Jeremy Hofford (Kayla), Jaimi Rogers (Kyle), Ryan Hofford (Amy), Teri Ledgerwood (Ryan) and Cori Poon (Jeff); as well as twenty-two great nieces and nephews.
Trevor was predeceased by his parents Max and Vivian Hofford; brother Rodney Hofford; and brother in law Ken Roth.
Cremation has taken place and Trevor’s wishes were that there would be no funeral service held.
