Shanon was born on February 15, 1960, in Kenora, Ontario, and was raised most of his childhood years in Vivian, Manitoba.
Shanon was in the construction business most of his life and was a concrete specialist with the nick-name “Papa Pump.
He had many life passions besides his children and grandchildren. One of his biggest passions was for fishing! He loved fishing whether it was on ice or in a boat. He was also a past member of the Elks and spent many years volunteering with them.
Shanon finally married the love of his life Beverly, after being together for many years, just days before his passing.
Shanon leaves to mourn his passing, his loving wife Beverly, and his children, Deneige Poschner of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Colton Poschner (Carrie) of Pine Falls, Manitoba, Connally Poschner (Chantel) of Pine Falls, Manitoba, Tanya Macs (Cole) of Selkirk, Manitoba and Tami Macs of Selkirk, Manitoba.
Also leaves to mourn 4 grandchildren and hundreds of nieces and nephews, two sisters, Jenny Poschner, Iris Vandracer (Jerry) both of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Predeceased by his father Edward William Poschner, mother Verna Mary Poschner (nee Mineault) and sister Bonnie Petlack (Poschner)
Shanon always enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed dearly.
