It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William (Bill) Zebinski, who left us on December 14, 2020 at the age of 80 years.
Bill attended Ashfield School in his junior years and high school at Highland Glen, Manitoba, and during his high school days he met Laurel. They were married on May 6, 1961. Shortly after, Bill and Laurel started a family with two daughters: Sherry and Nicole.
Left with precious memories are his loving wife Laurel of fifty-nine years; and daughters Sherry (Gary), grandchildren Alesha (Dennis), Caitlin (Josh), and Kyle; Nicole (John), grandchildren Madison and Morgan. He also leaves his two brothers Robert (Ida), and Richard (Ingrid), along with their family.
During his career with TD Bank, the family moved several times between Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and finally settled in Benito and this was their home. Bill was a proud and active member of the Knights of Columbus and many years as town councillor.
Bill was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis back in 2013, and during this time he enjoyed life to his full utmost satisfaction on a daily basis.
Friends, please consider yourself a part of Bill’s family.
In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service has taken place.
